Depression is a perceived idea that the world is unjust and you are helpless. Dealing with it requires that you manage emotions with mediations and know and understand yourself well, to make yourself a product which is beneficial to people around you.

God intends us, to leave nothing, but also to hold on to nothing. Be focussed on yourself and be the king of your own world. Live to express your potential, and not for securing things.

Initiation into specific Sri Vidya sadhana and doing it in the evenings during Navaratri, can help manifest enormous blessings in one’s life. You can open yourself to receive the solutions from the universe to all the challenges thrown at you in life.

Every mind tends to fall back to what it identifies as its own self. To accept the new, the mind and emotions need to accept that you are truly inspired by your new thought, and you feel oneness with the new thought or habit.

In any situation being centred within you and responding to the situation as the situation demands, is the right behaviour and not choosing between aggressive and assertive. This understanding will lead you into being focused or centred within you.

The small disappointments faced on a daily basis, slowly condition our thought process. By removing the previously unknowingly or knowingly experienced obstacles, disappointments, depressions etc. you can free up a lot of mental space, as the conditionings will get released.

Mind is originally created to be distracted and move from one thought to the other. Human beings are programmed or have intrinsic quality to react to external stimuli, and the mind gets more stimulus from problems. One has to look at problems with a proactive mind, and not get perturbed by them.
